Hey there, I’m Courtney. I am re-discovering my love of writing, hence this blog. I used to write a lot, but in the past 10 years – kids, full-time job, buying/selling houses, pets, etc. – it got away from me. I’m trying writing back on for size to see if it still fits.

When not child-wrangling or working, I can be found reading anything from Jane Austen novels to dystopian sci-fi to comic books. I love a good docu-series, as well as messing around at the piano when I get the chance. I will never be able to go vegan because I love cheese.

I’m frequently irreverent, probably a little too self-serious, and definitely suffer from over-thinking. I’ll be the first to admit the stuff posted here probably isn’t great – but it’s more for me than anyone else.

So enjoy, or not – I’m not here to tell you how to live your life. But if you do enjoy, I’m glad.
